Erasmus+ MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Nature and Technology) is an international collaboration between 4 partner countries and funded by the Erasmus + project.
The MINT project joins partners from UK, France, Germany and Croatia; with aims of enriching the experiences of young people with outdoor learning experiences within a international exchange programme and beyond.
The project has 3 key objectives:
- Increase understanding of natural sciences and their study to support employability within the European economy and minimize the number of early school leavers.
- Improve the development of practical language skills and increase pupil motivation to learn languages.
- Stimulate co-operation, shared learning and active citizenship between pupils, teachers and education organisations in Europe through active orientated methods and outdoor learning.
The MINT project aims to meet these objectives through a series of international exchange programmes and inter-school partnerships.
